Large Andalusian house, recently renovated and new furnished. Very quiet and private with stunning views of the hills and sea. The house measures 520 square metres with 150 square metres of balconies.

 

House contains a large living room with fireplace, attached to a sunken TV room, with wide screen TV. There is a state of the art stereo system in the living room. Dining room, with fireplace and table able to seat 10-12 & a separate stereo. Kitchen with all major appliances including refrigerator with ice machine, utility room with washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet room just off the kitchen.

• Three bunk beds, each able to sleep two

• Total sleeping capacity is 10 people in king size beds (2 of these could be in single beds), 6 people in bunk beds and 2 children in day beds.

  Lovely octagonal room with canopied super king size bed and views of the sea. Large en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and walk in shower.
• Suite 2
  Super king size bed, can be made into two single beds, with terrace overlooking the hills and sea. En suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Wonderful built in bay window overlooking courtyard.
• Suite 3
  Stand alone suite with private entrance. Super king size bed, day bed suitable for a child to sleep on, kitchenette with refrigerator,

stove and dishwasher, and private balcony with sea views. En suite bathroom with walk in shower.
• Suite 4
  Very large room with peaked ceiling, super king size bed and large terrace with wonderful views of the sea. En suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower.
• Suite 5
  Super king size bed, daybed suitable for a child to sleep on and terrace leading out to the pool. En suite bathroom with large walk in shower and access to the hot tub outside. Suitable for wheelchairs.

OUTSIDE AREA

• A large ground floor terrace with sofas, chairs, an outdoor dining table and games table.
• A first floor terrace with chairs and benches to relax on with amazing views of the sea.
• A shady courtyard with a small fountain, a great place to get away from the heat of the day.
• Heated 10 metre outdoor pool.
• Hot tub with bamboo fencing around it for privacy. Outdoor showers available here for anybody wanting to shower after the pool or hot tub.
• Table tennis.
