Charity Golf Day with Zagaleta Charity Golf Tournament

The Zagaleta Charity Golf Tournament began at 10:30 on Saturday morning, April 7th, 2018 with a wonderful continental breakfast on the Club House terrace of the Zagaleta Country Club.

Although rain was forecasted, the tournament started at 11am with a Shotgun Start (groups of players tee off simultaneously from different holes). The good humour and cheerful attitude of the golfers made the tournament a great charity event and spread its positivity to all involved.

Dehesa el Milagro provided some delicious finger food on the 10th to help the players get some rest and regain forces for the remainder of the day.

Mercedes, Ibericar Benet, was the official sponsor of the Zagaleta Charity Golf Tournament and offered a fantastic prize for the longest drive on the 9^th hole with a driving experience on the main track at the Ascari Club. The prize for the Nearest to the Pin on the 13^th was four free green fees for the Old Course and a voucher from the ProShop.

The awards ceremony took place during the fundraiser on the same night at the La Zagaleta Country Club with all the guests from the different days gathered together to close the fantastic “2 Day – 3 Events” tournament.
